Copyright Notice

How to report a copyright problem and what happens next.

Our position

IPTV Stream World resells access to third-party streams. We do not host, store, record, upload or produce any of the programming on them, and we have no control over what those providers broadcast.

We respect copyright and act on valid complaints. If you believe material reachable through this service infringes a copyright you own or represent, tell us and we will respond.

What a valid notice must contain

For a complaint to be actionable it needs all of this:

  • Your name, your postal address and an email address or phone number.
  • Identification of the work you believe is being infringed.
  • Identification of the specific material, with enough detail to locate it.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Where to send it

Send your notice to IPTV Stream World, Martin-Buber-Straße 5, 99089 Erfurt-Andreasvorstadt, Germany, or get in touch through the website. Notices missing any of the points above cannot be processed and will be returned for completion.

What we do with it

Valid notices are passed to the provider responsible for the stream, and access is blocked as far as we are able. Because we do not host the material, final removal rests with that provider.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was an error or a misidentification.

Repeat complaints

Accounts that attract repeated valid complaints are terminated.
