What you get
Every plan includes a seven-day electronic programme guide for the live channels. Your player fetches it the first time you sign in and keeps it current on its own after that.
It shows what is on now and what is next, what is coming later in the week, and it lets you jump straight to a channel from the listing instead of scrolling past hundreds of them.
Catch-up
On many channels you can scroll back through the guide and play something that has already aired. How far back depends on the channel, and it works on more of them than not.
Recording
Players like TiviMate record straight from the guide onto a USB stick or the internal storage. So you set something to record and watch it later.
Getting the times right for your region
The guide follows your device's clock, so the times match your time zone automatically. If you have moved country or set up a new device, check that the device time zone and the player offset match where you are. That is all there is to it.
- Set your device's time zone to the region you are actually in.
- In TiviMate or IBO Player, leave the guide's time offset at zero unless you deliberately want a shift.
- On MAG and Formuler boxes, set the time server to pool.ntp.org, or europe.pool.ntp.org.
