What we collect
- Contact details you give us. The phone number or email address you write from, and a name if you provide one.
- Order details. Which plan you chose, when it starts and when it ends.
- Technical data. Anonymous statistics about which pages get opened, collected through Google Analytics.
We do not ask for card numbers and we never see them. We do not record what you watch.
Why we collect it
- To set up your account and send you the login details.
- To answer your questions and help you get it running.
- To remind you before your term ends, if you want that.
- To see which pages are useful, so the site gets better.
Who else sees it
Your data is not sold, not rented and not passed on for advertising. It goes only to the services needed to run this: the host, the analytics provider, and the platform that issues your account.
How long we keep it
Order details stay for as long as your subscription runs, and for a reasonable time after, so renewals and refunds can be handled. Analytics data is anonymous and expires on its own.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Message us and it is done. There is no form and no process.
